2. Use of the service

You agree to use Questom only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and the terms of the applications you connect.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the workflows you configure and for reviewing agent output where your processes require human approval.

3. Accounts and access

Access is granted at our discretion during early release. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Intellectual property

Questom and its underlying technology remain our property. You retain all rights to your business data and the content you process through the service.

5. Limitation of liability

Questom is provided on an as-is basis during early access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll notify whitelisted teams of material changes.
